Please join us as we host our 15th annual fundraiser at the Underpass Lounge. We decided to change things up a bit this year, so our event will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023. We were originally going to start a bit earlier, but have have decided on 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm. For those who may not be aware, we recently lost a Leyden icon, East Leyden High School teacher and coach, Jack Leese. The school is hosting a celebration of life for coach Leese on the same day, so we moved our time back slightly so those attending the celebration can then come to the Underpass for our event. After all, Leyden Pride runs deep and we are always there for each other.
Since it’s a Sunday Funday in the fall, and since coach Leese was one of the best to ever don the sidelines, there will have to be some football, right? Our answer, ABSOLUTELY! We will have NFL games being televised inside and out for your viewing enjoyment, as well as some great music to tap your feet, maybe dance a little bit and sing along with throughout the day. As usual, we will have a ton of AMAZING raffle prizes for you to take a chance on as well.
Tickets for the event will be $30 per person this year, which includes not only your entry and donation to The Unity in Community Foundation, but also an INCREDIBLE food spread made by the one and only Chef Armando!
